Location: Columbus, Ohio (some roles remote)
Commitment: Short-term volunteer project (12 weeks, July–October estimated)
Time Commitment: 2–3 hours per week depending on role
Celebrating One is seeking 5–7 volunteers to help plan and organize our 10th Anniversary Halloween Fundraiser supporting the No Grad Left Behind program, which helps underserved students afford graduation costs.
This is a great opportunity for volunteers interested in event planning, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit experience.
Available Volunteer Roles
Event Coordinator
Commitment: ~3 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Oversee event planning timeline
- Coordinate planning team
- Support event day operations
Logistics Volunteer
Commitment: ~2 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Help plan venue layout and decorations
- Coordinate event supplies
- Assist with event setup planning
Volunteer Coordinator
Commitment: ~2 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Recruit additional event volunteers
- Assign event-day roles
- Help coordinate volunteers during the event
