Volunteer Grant Writer (3–8 hrs/week)
Help empower individuals with developmental disabilities
Inclusive World (IW) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities build vocational skills, gain confidence, and lead meaningful lives. We are seeking a Volunteer Grant Writer who can take initiative, work independently, and help us pursue foundation, corporate, and community grants.
What You’ll Do
- Research funding opportunities
- Write grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents
- Maintain a grant calendar and track deadlines
- Prepare updates and reports for funders
- Organize grant files and records
- Collaborate with IW managers and board members
Who We’re Looking For
- A self-starter who can move projects forward independently
- Reliable and committed (3–8 hours/week)
- Strong writing and research skills
- Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus
