    Description

    Volunteer Grant Writer (3–8 hrs/week)

    Help empower individuals with developmental disabilities

    Inclusive World (IW) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities build vocational skills, gain confidence, and lead meaningful lives. We are seeking a Volunteer Grant Writer who can take initiative, work independently, and help us pursue foundation, corporate, and community grants.

    What You’ll Do

    • Research funding opportunities
    • Write grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documents
    • Maintain a grant calendar and track deadlines
    • Prepare updates and reports for funders
    • Organize grant files and records
    • Collaborate with IW managers and board members

    Who We’re Looking For

    • A self-starter who can move projects forward independently
    • Reliable and committed (3–8 hours/week)
    • Strong writing and research skills
    • Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
    • Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus
