Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems for BluShues' programmes and projects.
• Design tools to collect, analyse, and report programme data.
• Monitor project performance against established goals and key performance indicators.
• Prepare regular monitoring and evaluation reports for senior leadership.
• Identify trends, successes, challenges, and opportunities for programme improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve programme effectiveness through data driven recommendations.
• Maintain accurate programme records and evaluation documentation.
• Support the development of organisational impact reports for donors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Ensure monitoring and evaluation practices align with BluShues' mission and organisational objectives.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or programme management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with data collection and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to present findings in clear, meaningful reports.
• Commitment to continuous learning and organisational excellence.
