Description
BluShues Inc. is a nonprofit organisation and ministry dedicated to distributing free Bibles and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative power of volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems for BluShues' programmes and projects.
- Design tools to collect, analyse, and report programme data.
- Monitor project performance against established goals and key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular monitoring and evaluation reports for senior leadership.
- Identify trends, successes, challenges, and opportunities for programme improvement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to improve programme effectiveness through data driven recommendations.
- Maintain accurate programme records and evaluation documentation.
- Support the development of organisational impact reports for donors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Ensure monitoring and evaluation practices align with BluShues' mission and organisational objectives.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or programme management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with data collection and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to present findings in clear, meaningful reports.
- Commitment to continuous learning and organisational excellence.
