This volunteer will contact the owner or leasing agent of the old Sonic building in Arlington to introduce PJ Eats, explain our community café mission, and discuss our proposed 13% earnings partnership. Responsibilities include calling the property owner, gathering leasing details, confirming availability, and reporting information back to Prince Jade. Ideal volunteers are confident on the phone, professional, organized, and passionate about helping a community nonprofit secure its first location.
