    PJ Eats Property Outreach & Leasing Coordinator

    This volunteer will help Prince Jade secure a location for PJ Eats, our community café serving families in Arlington. The role involves contacting the owner or leasing agent of the former Sonic building, introducing the PJ Eats mission, and gathering basic leasing information.

    Instructions:

    Responsibilities: • Call the property owner or leasing representative • Introduce PJ Eats and explain our community café mission • Ask about availability, lease terms, and next steps • Record the information and report it back to Prince Jade leadership

    Qualifications: • Comfortable speaking professionally on the phone • Organized and able to take clear notes • Reliable and able to complete outreach within 1–2 days • Passion for helping a community nonprofit grow

    Impact: Your outreach directly helps PJ Eats secure its first physical location, allowing us to feed families and support the community.
