About us
International Transformation Foundation USA (ITF-USA) is a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to reliable, affordable clean water in communities across Africa while empowering young people through leadership and cross-cultural service. ITF-USA engages young Americans in fundraising, project planning, implementation support, and monitoring alongside local ITF teams and communities. Through this community-led approach, our programs combine clean water access, youth empowerment, and global learning to create sustainable impact and develop engaged global citizens.
