Todd Owens and Michelle Pagano Heck founded Nonprofit Talent, LLC on November 1, 2013. Prior to this we worked together providing similar services at ParenteBeard and Dewey & Kaye. Todd and Michelle bring a combined 30+ years working with nonprofit organizations in a consultative capacity, primarily focused on healthy leadership transitions. We are located in Pittsburgh serving clients across the Mid-Atlantic States and have successfully completed national searches for clients located in PA, WV, OH and Washington DC/VA. Nonprofit Talent is a proud member of the Network of Nonprofit Search Consultants, the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations, the Alliance for Nonprofit Management, and the Greater Pittsburgh Nonprofit Partnership.
