I own a boutique retained search firm and work with clients who aspire to make the world better - for example, the Kenneth Rainin Foundation, a nonprofit focused on enhancing quality of life by championing the arts, promoting early childhood literacy, and supporting research to cure chronic disease. Other clients include Ripple whose mission is to connect all reaches of the world to transact efficiently, reliably and transparently. Today billions are excluded from the system and billions more suffer from systemic inefficiencies and failures.
