The Awake Youth Project is a nonprofit teen mindfulness and meditation program for teens across the borough of Brooklyn. The program offers an opportunity for youth to build a healthy relationship to their thoughts and actions, in an environment that strives to be a safe(r), non-judgemental, compassionate, honest environment for self discovery.
