CONTACT Care Line provides critical support services for 9 East Tennessee counties in the 865 area code. Our mission is to provide a confidential crisis line staffed by trained volunteers. The crisis line is available to anyone who needs a listening ear or referrals for community resources. CONTACT also provides support for the homebound through its Reassurance program.
