Role Overview

Skybil is looking for a master of modern no-code interfaces to lead our Vibe Coding tracks. This is a long-term revenue-sharing partnership (contractor/freelancer) rather than a traditional salary-based role. You will be responsible for mentoring the next generation of Nigerian creators, building your personal brand as a thought leader, and directly contributing to solving youth unemployment.

Available Teaching Tracks:

• Track A: Visual Development Specialist

Focus: Building production-ready apps without traditional coding.

Tech: FlutterFlow, Bubble, or Adalo.

• Track B: AI-Powered "Vibe" Coding

Focus: Rapid prototyping and full-stack generation via natural language.

Tech: Lovable.dev, Bolt.new, and Claude Artifacts.

• Track C: UI/UX for No-Code

Focus: Designing high-fidelity, user-centric interfaces specifically for no-code export.

Tech: Figma-to-NoCode workflows and UI fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Ownership: Deliver high-quality, video-recorded lessons for your specific track.
• Project Supervision: Mentor students as they build real-world apps (SaaS, Marketplaces, etc.) using AI tools.
• Project Review: Provide professional feedback on student app logic and design to ensure industry-standard quality.

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in no-code platforms (FlutterFlow/Lovable/Bolt).
• Ability to explain complex logic (APIs, Database schemas) to non-technical learners.
• Interest in a massive high-income performance-based revenue-share model (25% to 40% of track income).
• Remote-ready setup (Laptop, stable internet, and good audio/video for recording).
