TSS is partnering with a nonprofit foundation located in NYC, NY, to hire a direct hire, full-time, Foundation Grants Manager. This role has a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Role slated to start in September.
The Foundation Grants Manager, reporting to a senior team member, plays a central role in overseeing the full cycle of grant activity—from initial review to final reporting. This position works closely with program and legal staff to ensure proper due diligence, compliance, and alignment with internal processes. Responsibilities include preparing materials for leadership-level review and supporting approvals on a rolling basis. The role also involves cross-departmental coordination to strengthen grant operations and implement process improvements. Success requires strong communication and project management skills, high attention to detail, and a thoughtful approach to equity in grantmaking practices.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The salary range is $140,000-$160,000yr DOE. 100% employer-paid health insurance including dental and vision (also covering domestic partners), from day one, 20 PTO days, 11 holidays, plus a paid week in August and the last week of the year. Retirement savings plan, with a 20% employer contribution.
