Description

Raven Strategies is seeking qualified individuals to lead our 2026 clients’ field programs. We’re looking to fill 2-3 positions across NYC Council, NYS Legislature, and US Congress races in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a districtwide field plan
• Recruit, train, and manage campaign volunteers and interns
• Oversee the management and implementation of the paid field program
• Create staff and volunteer training materials
• Create aspirational goals and coach volunteers and interns to success
• Develop appropriate metrics and manage systems of accountability for the campaign
• Collaborate with and facilitate communication between the campaign’s field teams, the rest of the campaign, and local grassroots organizations, community leaders, etc.
• Analyze data and modeling to create and track progress in voter contact universes
• Leverage voter contact tools and integrate them into the field plan
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Availability

• Experience training, supporting, and managing staff and/or volunteer in an electoral or community engagement capacity
• 2-3 cycles of political campaign experience in field
• Proficiency using Votebuilder (VAN)
• Ability to work long or irregular hours, including weekends
