    Position Summary

We’re seeking a Strategic Executive Assistant & Growth Operations Consultant to work directly with our Founder/CEO and Business Manager to execute a 3-month growth acceleration plan that blends marketing, business development, and project coordination.

This is not a traditional assistant role — it’s for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, can manage multiple workstreams, and acts as a trusted thought partner in a dynamic, creative, and equity-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Business Development & Partnerships (35%)
      • Support CEO with prospect outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups across philanthropy, nonprofit, and government sectors.
      • Manage CRM / pipeline tracking system — ensuring every lead, meeting, and proposal moves forward.
      • Draft and format proposals, partnership decks, and follow-up materials.
      • Track revenue goals monthly, flag opportunities, and identify bottlenecks
    2. Marketing & Communications (35%)
      • Support the CEO’s external visibility by creating and managing social media campaigns to increase presence and identifying relevant speaking and thought leadership opportunities.
      • Coordinate social media content calendar to company website, newsletters, LinkedIn, and webinars.
      • Manage and align calendars for a three-person program team, ensuring efficient coordination and scheduling client and internal meetings.
      • Draft, proof, and post social and email content aligned with EE’s voice.
      • Liaise with designers and editors to keep campaigns and deliverables on track.
      • Manage event logistics for webinars and roundtables (registration, reminders, follow-ups).
      • Researching and planning around pertinent conferences relevant to the CEO
    3. Operations & Project Management (30%)
      • Maintain CEO priorities and weekly agenda aligned with growth milestones
      • Coordinate materials for client projects to include managing client meeting notes to share with clients and staff weekly.
      • Prepare reports, slide decks, and summaries for client and partner meetings.
      • Anticipate needs, manage information flow, and ensure on-time delivery.
      • Attend weekly Team meetings to lead coordination of schedules.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • 7–10 years professional experience, including 5+ years as a senior or strategic Executive Assistant supporting an executive, founder, or CEO.
    • Strong project management background (Asana, Airtable, or similar).
    • Experience in consulting, philanthropy, social impact, or mission-driven sectors strongly preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communicator — able to draft external emails and client correspondence confidently.
    • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp, Zoom, LinkedIn, CRM tools as well as interest in learning AI platforms.
    • Able to think several steps ahead and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Ideal Candidate Attributes

    • You’re a proactive and solutions oriented systems thinker who loves organizing complexity into clarity.
    • You’re equally comfortable crafting an email to a foundation CEO or scheduling a webinar.
    • You anticipate what needs to be done and take initiative without waiting for instruction.
    • You bring a calm, steady presence and clear communication to a dynamic and creative work environment.
    • You are deeply aligned with Emerging Equity’s mission to make equity sustainable through systems change.

    Success Metrics (First 90 Days)

    • 90%+ of tasks from the 3-Month Growth Plan executed on schedule.
    • CRM and prospecting pipeline fully operational and up-to-date.
    • At least $400K–$600K in new contracts or proposals submitted.
    • Weekly content cadence (LinkedIn, newsletter, email) consistently maintained.
    • Internal systems organized for scalability beyond Month 3.
