We're looking for a detail-obsessed, data-curious Digital Analyst to join our agency team at Column and Row. You'll serve as the connective tissue between our data ops team, our strategists, and our clients — ensuring our analytics infrastructure is accurate, insightful, and actionable.

We specialize in website & marketing optimization, providing actionable insights and data to comms teams who want to understand and grow their digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, verify, and audit custom tagging via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Looker Studio that tell a clear visual story
- Monitor data quality and proactively identify anomalies — distinguishing between spam/noise and meaningful insights
- QA data before it reaches clients or strategists
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from strategists and clients, including campaign, program, and website performance analysis
- Investigate, verify and share data driven analysis of website data
- Align data insights to strategic pillars defined by the team and clients
- Act as the bridge between the data ops team and the client/strategy team
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio
- Deep understanding of GA4 dimensions and metrics, what they mean and how to tell a story with them
- Strong grasp of how websites and digital marketing ecosystems operate
- Ability to identify technical data issues and understand their root causes
- Experience working in an agency environment across multiple clients
- Exceptional attention to detail — filters, date ranges, footnotes, the works
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into strategic narratives
