WolfBrown, an internationally recognized consulting firm specializing in the arts and cultural sector, collaborates with stakeholders across the field to build a more equitable, pluralistic, and sustainable future for artists, organizations, and community ecosystems. Our team tackles some of the sector’s most stubborn, long-term challenges often in collaboration with innovative non-profit organizations, foundations, and government agencies.
We currently seek someone to serve as a team leader in the design and implementation of large-scale databases, specifically informing a nation-wide project focused on youth internships and later trajectories in the creative sector. See a list of our current projects at wolfbrown.com.
This role is 100% full-time (40 hrs/week), with a minimum of two days per week in our Cambridge, Mass. office; starting full-time annual salary in the range of $85,000 to $100,000 plus benefits, depending on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Database Specialist and Process Manager’s chief responsibility will be the development and maintenance of a Salesforce database serving a national network of communities supporting young people’s engagement in the arts and cultural sector.
