Position Overview:
Cascadia Corporate’s team is seeking a collaborative, people-centered Office Coordinator to join our Seattle team. This full-time, on-site role is based in our Seattle, WA office and plays a vital part in fostering a positive, welcoming, and inclusive workplace culture. As the first point of contact for staff, vendors, clients, and visitors, the Office Coordinator sets the tone for a friendly, supportive, and service-oriented environment.

You’ll work closely with team members across the firm, contributing to day-to-day office operations while growing your career in a dynamic and mission-driven company.

The Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to our hybrid-remote staff in Seattle and other locations. The position is full-time and required to be in the office during business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Total Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $24.50 - $32.00 per hour. Initial placement for this position will fall between the minimum and the midpoint of the pay grade dependent on experience, demonstrated skills and abilities during the selection process, and potential for growth within the role.
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, based in our Seattle office. The position must be available for in-office work (5 days/week).
