Mission: SoTech Ventures works toward inclusive and sustainable capitalism by partnering with businesses to integrate elements of social enterprise into their existing operating models.

SoTech Ventures is a Venture Sponsorship Entity that utilizes investment concepts from the venture capital and private equity arenas in order to accomplish our mission.

We want to see early-stage startups, growth-stage enterprises, SMEs and publicly-traded corporations enhance shareholder value through blended-value models that combine revenue-generating businesses with a significant social-impact element. 

To achieve our goals, we aggregate proprietary and donated business assets, re-structure those assets into joint ventures with the business community and facilitate access to philanthropic capital to maximize efficiency and impact.
