Vantage provides training, coaching, and consulting services to our diverse client base which ranges from federal agencies to county level offices, private sector companies and non-profits. We are comprised of a small team of people dedicated to finding solutions to our clients’ needs; in short – we like to figure things out, and we’re good at it! On any given day, our team collaborates internally with project teams and externally with our clients to design virtual and classroom training; plan, develop, and evaluate programs; distribute, and analyze organization-wide surveys as part of program evaluation or to support training development; coordinate and implement multifaceted projects; and write detailed reports. Throughout our 47-year history, Vantage has provided professional development training, leadership training and development, leadership coaching, communications training services, career coaching and employee development, human resource services support, and organizational development support to more than 350,000 employees nationwide.
