Tetra Tech DPK is a San Francisco-based company founded in 1993. Tt DPK works at the local, county, state, and national levels, assisting governmental institutions to improve public resource management specializing in developing and implementing administration of justice and rule of law projects.

The mission of Tetra Tech DPK is to assist public sector institutions to: • Plan, manage and implement major constructive change; • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to the public; • Advocate transparent processes to minimize corruption; • Assist institutional personnel to adjust to a changing environment; and • Provide technical assistance and reengineering in key operational areas.
