University Instructors (UI) is an education services organization dedicated to expanding access to high‑quality instruction and educational support for students who need it most. We partner with public school districts to recruit, place, train, and support educators—including teachers, paraprofessionals, specialists, and interventionists—who serve students in under‑resourced communities, high‑poverty areas, rural districts, and programs supporting students with disabilities. By addressing critical staffing shortages and strengthening instructional quality, UI plays a direct role in promoting educational equity, learning continuity, and opportunity, with a belief that access to skilled, supported educators is one of the most powerful ways to improve outcomes for students and communities.
