Founded in 2001, Rachel Colbert Development Resources (RCDR) specializes in the design and execution of strategic fundraising campaigns for the arts. Most of my work is with small organizations and individual artists, and my approach combines best practices in fundraising and marketing to make messaging that is clear, concise, and compelling to each of the audiences my clients want to reach. Some things I help with are: proposal and brochure writing, crowdfunding and digital campaigns, content strategy, board coaching, donor cultivation, iterative strategic planning, and feasibility studies. Scenarios can range from one-shot "special ops" support to project management, interim directorships, and ongoing monthly work.
