Project activity timelines typically overlap and are not necessarily implemented in a sequenced order.

Deringer Consulting utilizes an extensive library of tools, techniques, templates, and methods for coaching, facilitation, and consulting to efficiently deliver information that enhances staff and volunteer capabilities, knowledge, and confidence in generating new philanthropic revenue.

Deringer Consulting delivers a combination of consulting, coaching, and facilitation techniques to help the Organization's staff and volunteers build knowledge and successfully implement best-practice fundraising skills. The donor relationship cycle (identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship) will serve as a core best-practice framework to drive project success.

Deringer Consulting may subcontract with specialists in assessment, content writing, database analysis, graphic design, and research when the project scope and the Organization’s needs and situation call for it.
