Who We Are

PJR Consulting LLC is a fundraising and capacity-building consultancy dedicated to strengthening the long-term sustainability, visibility, and leadership of Latino-led and community-based nonprofits.

We partner with organizations that are deeply rooted in community impact but often under-resourced, overlooked, or expected to “do more with less.” Our work helps leaders move from survival to sustainability by building fundraising strategy, infrastructure, and confidence—without compromising mission or cultural identity.
