Hospice Care:

The philosophy of our Hospice Care division is to give individuals and their families the true compassion, caring and support they deserve as the deal with a life-limiting illness. Hospice is about adding quality to life, and helping our patients live those day as they choose in the comfort of their home. Our services offer a specialized team includes registered nurses, chaplains, home health aides, social workers and bereavement counselors.

We also offer volunteers to come in. A hospice volunteer is the heart of the hospice team. We depend on our hospice volunteers to assist in providing support and care to our patients and their families during this time in their life. Our volunteer offers support, companionship and practical care to our patients.
