To respect your budget, we offer flat fees for our services. There will never be any charges that you do not request/authorize. We can also customize a package that specifically addresses your organization's needs.

- Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
- Conflict of Interest Policy
- Federal tax-exemption
- State tax exemptions
- Registration of your Trademarks
- Authorization to solicit funds in your state
