  Investigate and analyze factors outside and inside organizations to develop business plans and quarterly/annual goals that can be implemented in a constantly changing landscape. We have expertise in organizational mergers, collaborations, and integration.

• Managing & Motivating People
  Support and strengthen organizations that are dedicated to creating high functioning teams and maintaining great cultures. We have expertise in hiring, performance reviews, coaching, staff training and development, and motivational mini-games. We can be contracted on a retainer basis to provide coaching, employee relations counseling, or assist with organizational integration.

• Governance
  Develop structures and approaches that allow organizations to meet their unique board and governance needs. We provide organizational assessments and board development and training.

• Program Evaluation/Client Feedback
  Create outcome measurement systems to help organizations determine whether their activities or grants are making a difference in the lives of the people they are serving. Our approach is tailored to our clients' needs and may include interviews, focus groups, electronic surveys, and/or statistical analysis of management data.
