Executive Director of Jefferson College Foundation
Classification Summary: Incumbent is responsible for leading and managing the Jefferson College Foundation initiatives, including fundraising, community engagement, and legislative outreach. Initiate, coordinate, and evaluate all fundraising activities for the College. Responsibilities also include reporting fundraising activities and Foundation finances to the Board of Directors; managing grants; identifying and cultivating potential major financial supporters; securing annual, bequest and capital campaign gifts; collaborating with College leadership and stakeholders; alumni engagement; and providing supervision to department staff.
Minimum Education and/or Training and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and six years of progressive experience in a related area, including at least two years in a supervisory role.
Preferred Education and/or Training and Experience: Master's degree in a related field and four years of experience in a related area, including at least one year in a supervisory role.

Classification Duties:Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy that utilizes data, trends, and best practices to support institutional goals. (D6)
