Legal Education Access Pipeline (LEAP) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to expanding access to legal education and the legal profession. Through our flagship nine-month fellowship program, LEAP provides aspiring law students with access to practicing attorneys, a rigorous admissions curriculum, and ongoing support as they become competitive law school applicants, successful law students, and future changemakers. POSITION SUMMARY
LEAP is seeking a highly organized, people-centered Data & Program Operations Manager to join its small and mighty team on a part-time basis, with a target start date of July 1, 2026. This role is the systems and operational backbone of LEAP's fellowship programming - supporting data tracking, milestone management across the full fellow lifecycle from active fellowship participants through our alumni pathways, in addition to managing fellow communications, and onsite program logistics.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will play a critical role in ensuring LEAP's fellows and alumni receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful support throughout their law school journeys. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative, organizational and project management skills, a genuine commitment to access and equity in the legal profession, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This is a part-time, non-exempt position, and we are seeking candidates who are within commuting
distance of Los Angeles or the Bay Area (with a slight preference for Bay Area based folks) to be able to regularly participate in in-person programming 5-7 times annually. Outside of programming, LEAP has a remote workplace. Occasional additional travel outside of the home-based area may be required for program support.
COMPENSATION & WORKSETTING
The position is a part-time (up to 20 hours/week), non-exempt position. The starting hourly range for the Data and Program Operations Manager role is $36.00 - $42.00/ hour and will be dependent on relevant experience and internal equity considerations.
LEAP has adopted a remote work model and requires some occasional in-person travel for onsite programming 5-7 times a year.
