The Choice is seeking a contract Project and Marketing Coordinator for our client- a higher education association in the public health space.
This role will support the organization during the launch of a new data portal that provides their members with insights and trends in oral health education programs. Main responsibilities will include administration, project management, and the creation of marketing content (through AI) for the data portal initiative.
Contract estimated timeline: January –June 2026
Hybrid Schedule: Monday–Thursday in office, Fridays remote
Hours: 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch (24- 30 hours per week)
Salary: $28/h
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or administrative support.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with KPI tracking.
- Experienced using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Synthesia, and Canva AI
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management & Administration
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-department communications related to the Data Portal.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Track project budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Use Microsoft Excel and MS Planner to manage tasks, tracking lists, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, summarize meetings, and streamline documentation.
Marketing Content & Outreach
- Develop and edit content for email marketing, community platforms, and social media using AI-assisted strategies.
- Write scripts for short explainers and create promotional videos using AI video software.
- Design visual assets and infographics using Canva.
- Collaborate with the communications/marketing team to schedule and monitor social media posts.
- Optimize Data Portal content for SEO and accessibility using AI-assisted tools.
- Conduct basic sentiment analysis and outreach performance reviews using AI tools.
