Salary: $30/h for temporary contract; $60-65k perm

Hours: 830-530pm or 9-6pm Monday-Friday

Our client, a national membership-based organization, is seeking a temporary to hire Retail Shop Manager to oversee the operations of its retail shop and online store. This role ensures efficient daily operations, manages inventory and merchandising, and supports a strong customer experience across both in-person and e-commerce channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day retail and online shop operations.
• Track inventory, oversee order fulfillment, and maintain stock levels.
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Source and purchase products, maintain vendor relationships, and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain the e-commerce platform, including product listings, images, and promotional content.
• Coordinate promotional displays and marketing efforts with internal teams.
• Plan and support pop-up retail operations at select organizational events.
• Oversee POS systems and coordinate with technical vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail management or business operations.
• Experience using Shopify is preferred or any e-commerce platforms is required.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with Excel and web tools such as HTML, CSS, Photoshop, or similar digital merchandising tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
