About Us
We are a small, for-profit business focused on improving performance through smart testing, learning, and continuous improvement. Our Testing & Learning Center helps us quickly evaluate what works, refine our approach, and scale effective solutions.
Role Summary
The Partner works closely with the owner to design and run small, fast experiments that improve learning, products, and processes. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on turning insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the owner to identify testing and learning priorities
- Design and oversee pilots, experiments, and assessments
- Analyze results and translate findings into clear recommendations
- Document learnings and support rapid iteration and scaling
- Bring practical, data-informed thinking to decision-making
Qualifications
- Experience in testing, evaluation, learning, or applied research
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving business
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to move from insight to action quickly
