    Who We Are Looking For

We are hiring a Virtual Salesforce Administrator and are open to candidates at two levels of experience and responsibility. This role is critical to maintaining, optimizing, and evolving our Salesforce ecosystem that supports volunteer management platforms used by nonprofits across North America.

At Level I, you will focus on day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, user support, and system reliability.

At Level II, you will operate as a senior technical lead—designing scalable automation strategies, architecting solutions, and guiding long-term platform health.

Level placement will be determined based on your experience, certifications, and the depth of technical expertise demonstrated throughout the interview process.

We’re looking for someone who understands not just how to configure Salesforce, but how systems support real people. Whether you’re improving daily workflows or designing scalable automation, you care about clean systems, thoughtful execution, and building technology that works.

This position is a contractor role and can be remote.
