Position Overview
Flourish is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team full-time.
In this role, you’ll help us build and maintain Salesforce systems that support mission-driven organizations, including nonprofits and public health-focused groups. Your work will help improve how these organizations operate and serve communities around the world.
We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, collaborative, comfortable translating real-world needs into practical solutions, and keen to make a positive impact on others.
What You'll Do
- Partner with project leads to understand needs and turn them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Independently interface with clients remotely or in-person to collect project requirements and provide training
- Configure and maintain Salesforce to support day-to-day operations (objects, fields, page layouts, automations, permissions, etc.)
- Build and improve workflows and automations, especially using Flows
- Support data quality efforts, including imports, cleanup, and data management
- Troubleshoot issues, answer user questions, and improve the overall Salesforce experience for end users
- Help support integrations with other tools and systems, including working with technical teammates or vendors when needed
- Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and system setup
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve system usability, efficiency, and reliability
What We're Looking For
- Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce platform support/configuration role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and declarative tools
- A solid understanding of Salesforce best practices for security, sharing, and data management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical teammates
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently when requirements are incomplete or evolving
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications beyond the base Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g. Platform Builder)
- Experience working with nonprofits, public health organizations, or other mission-driven teams
- Experience with UX design, digital graphics, or other aesthetic skills
Hybrid Work
We do not have an office, so this is will be primarily a remote position with the option to use a co-working space in Montrose. However, there will be occasional requests to meet with the team for collaboration or for on-site client meetings in the Greater Houston Area.
