Excelsior Integrated Medical Group (EIMG) physicians are committed to high quality care, value-based medical care delivery, population management, healthcare cost reduction, by enabling its physicians to share information manage patient outcomes more efficiently and effectively.
We are one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in New York. EIMG’s 70+ providers cover over 87,000 lives in the New York Metro Area and include 49 PCP and physician extenders, 25 specialists, 19 divisions, 21 primary care sites, and 27 specialty sites. All of our PCP and established primary care sites are certified Patient Center Medical Home (PCMH) Level 3, earned Diabetes Recognition by NCQA as diabetes treatment experts and received a New York State DOH grant.
