Continuum Health Hospice
Misión
To provide compassionate care for individuals living with a life-limiting illness and their families, through the highest quality of medical, emotional, spiritual, and social support. To be an integral part of the community and be recognized as experts in hospice care by providing excellent, compassionate patient care; community education; music therapy and additional add on services and bereavement services fostering a new cultural attitude to health, comfort care, and quality of life at the end of life.
Acerca de
Continuum Hospice started out in 2019 working with patients in Snohomish County. Since then we are very proud to serve King county as well. Our volunteer program is amazing. We match our volunteers with clients depending on their need or desire. We have volunteers who provide companionship with one on one visits, play games such as Bingo, read to patients, life journal, we have a barber, people to do yard work and we even have a handy man. You may have a special skill set you would love to share with your patient. We also have a great Veteran program to meet our Veteran population, from handing out medals and certificates to completing honor ceremonies.
