AseraCare Hospice exists to provide support and care for persons in the last stages of incurable diseases so that they might live as fully and comfortably as possible. We believe that hospice affirms life! We treat each of our patient’s end-of-life journey with respect, kindness, compassion and support.

Volunteers play an important role in the philosophy of care at AseraCare Hospice. They provide support to patients and their families that helps enhance the patient's quality of life and reduce the family's caregiving burden.

Bring your talents and compassion to our patients!Hospice volunteers may run errands, prepare light meals, stay with a patient to give family members a break, lend emotional support, provide companionship and help out with light housekeeping. Volunteers can also be pet therapists, musicians, artists, massage therapists, or nail & hair experts.
