    The Palazzo is a CCRC in beautiful Central Phoenix with close access to both the I-17 and I-51. This fun and exciting CCRC sits on 15 acres and is comprised of over 400 Units. We offer our residents the true continuum of care with Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living Apartments, Memory Care Units and a 60-bed Skilled Unit. Here’s the BEST part...we just finished a 14 Million Dollar renovation and are now one of the most opulent and grand CCRC’s in town. Our upbeat, resort-style look & feel differentiates The Palazzo from the senior healthcare institutions of the past. Our staff is our most important asset, and we pride ourselves on employee relations and rewards. Our residents are thriving and are actively involved in all aspects of their care.
