Our mission is to provide optimal comfort and dignity to our patients through their end of life journey. We will achieve this by concentrating on patient and family centered goals with a focus not only on the medical needs but also by providing care for the mental and spiritual needs of our patients and families during their journey.
Acerca de
We are a hospice and palliative care organization committed to helping people decide how they wish during the last phase of their lives. We are committed to helping people live life to the fullest with the support of their family and friends. We provide support to patients, families, and friends during the patient's illness and we extend bereavement support to families and close friends after the patient's end of life. Our volunteers assist with this through home visits to patients and families as well as through volunteerng in the hospice office.
