Misión
Guardian Hospice is committed to providing compassionate hospice and palliative care to individuals with a limited life expectancy, to provide support for their families and caregivers, and to serving the community as a resource for end of life care. This is accomplished by an interdisciplinary team that addresses the physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs of patients, families, and caregivers. You can be part of the team!

Guardian Hospice is dedicated to providing the best care for our patients and their extended families. Our compassionate, experienced professionals understand that we are caring for not only our patients, but their loved ones as well. We know that each patient is unique, and our small, personalized care team focuses on individualized patient comfort and supportive family care.
The team is composed of the following dedicateed members: Patient's physician, hospice medical director, registered nurse, social worker, certified nursing assistant, spiritual care coordinator, bereavement coordinator, music therapist, massage therapist, volunteers.
