Mountain Valley Hospice

A community based, not-for-profit agency founded in 1988, Mountain Valley Hospice & Palliative Care seeks to make hospice and palliative care available to all appropriate patients and families in Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery and Saratoga Counties. In providing care to those with life-limiting illnesses, the goal of MVHPC is to alleviate symptoms- physical, emotional, spiritual, financial and social - enabling patients and families to concentrate on living as comfortably and as fully as possible. Patient centered care allows control to remain with the patient and those supporting them. MVHPC provides care that is palliative, holistic and supportive.
