We are dedicated to providing quality physical, psychosocial and spiritual care to patients with terminal illnesses and their families. CTMC Hospice can provide the patients with the care they need in their homes or nursing facilities by a team of health care professionals. Our goal for hospice care is to extend Christ’s healing ministry by ensuring a comfortable and peaceful death with dignity.
