At By Your Side Hospice Care, we believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where patients and their families feel comfortable and cared for. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for our patients and provide them with the highest level of comfort and support. We chose our name to reflect our mission: to be by the side of our patients, families, and caregivers when they need us most.

By Your Side Hospice grew out of the passion of an experienced team of hospice providers whose aim was to create a hospice that serves our community and meets the unique needs of those we serve. We help families in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha counties.
