Dedicated to the quality of life, MercyOne Hospice offers a support system of experienced people who assist both the patient and family in meeting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

Founded in 1986, MercyOne Hospice serves the health care needs of patients in Polk, Dallas, Warren, Madison, and Jasper counties, as well as areas of Clarke, Story, Boone, Adair, and Guthrie Counties. MercyOne Hospice is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care.
