At Pax et Vita Hospice & Home Care, LLC, we value our patient’s physical and emotional well-being. Our experienced and compassionate staff are here to help patients, their families and caregivers throughout the transition from hospital to home. We strive to make sure that our patients are provided with the best care and comfort possible.

Acerca de
Hospice care is specialized care that focuses on the quality of life of patients who are experiencing an advanced, life-limiting illness. We provide compassionate care in the last phases of an incurable disease so that individuals may live as fully and comfortably as possible.
- We currently provide support groups for our community and would love to have more leaders providing support groups in other areas of Houston, Sugar Land, Katy, and Richmond areas.
- Looking for volunteers that would like to provide respite care, music, household chores, and even walking a pet.
