Hospice Volunteers can provide direct patient care including social visits, playing games, doing puzzles, life review, assisting with pet care, light meal prep, light housework/yard work as well any other tasks that may support the patient and their families.

Hospice Volunteers who want to help but not ready for direct patient care can assist with administrative work in the office such as filing paperwork, answering phones, Bereavement support.

Volunteering in hospice is very rewarding. It is an honor to be welcomed in by patients and their families during the most vulnerable times in their lives.
