Emerald Wings Hospice

Emerald Wings is a women-owned hospice agency based in St. Paul, MN. It was founded with the intention of restoring hospice to what it was always meant to be - an experience that is deeply personal, present, and rooted in dignity for both patients and families.

Our team is made up of individuals who deeply believe in hospice and its original intent of providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Many of our clinicians have chosen Emerald Wings because they value being part of an organization that prioritizes quality, presence, and relationships.

From the top down, we are an agency grounded in intention, involvement, and genuine care. One of our differentiators is that our medical director makes it a point to be in the field to visit with patients and families, and the same is true for our owners. That presence matters to us. While medical care is essential, we believe true connection and consistent support are what patients and families deserve most.
