In the next decade, 500,000 people with autism will graduate from school systems into adulthood, where they will encounter unemployment rates of 80% or higher. The few that find jobs are often in roles that fail to leverage their unique and specialized talents.
AutonomyWorks is a for-profit, benefit corporation established to match these unique talents with the needs of businesses. We hire, train, and manage a team of adults with autism and outsource transaction processing and data operations work from large and small companies.
AutonomyWorks' first location is in the Chicago suburbs with plans to expand nationally over the next several years.
